So Sunday I bought an amazing pair of black pleather pants from H&M. Unfortunately, I've put on a bit of weight and my size is, well, no longer my size.
With all the stress from school and work, I haven't been eating well so it's about time I get back on track. So far I've been good, though unfortunately I'm probably going to lose my Foursquare mayorship of Taco Bell. Fitting into the pants will definitely be worth it though!

My 25 Favorite Things About Fall!
While everyone may have a different opinion on winter, I am pretty sure it is safe to say that almost everyone loves fall. It's like a grace period between summer and winter - it's not hot and exciting like summer but its just so wonderful that you can't help but not mind the drop in temperatures. I love living in New England because I feel like this is the ideal place to experience autumn and all its glory. Here are my top 25 reasons why I absolutely adore FALL!
25. Pumpkin spice lattes come back!
24. Chunky sweaters
23. Being able to wear layers without sweltering!
22. Beautiful foliage
21. The smell and crunch of fallen leaves
20. Being able to wear makeup and not sweat it off (or worse, down your face!)
19. Country fairs
18. Thanksgiving food!

Autumnal Adventures
In my opinion, there is nothing better than being outside on a crisp fall day! I went to my parents house after school yesterday to take care of their cats while they're away and I ended up dallying because they have such a beautiful yard.
I loved my outfit, the tunic dress (New Look) is so comfy and it's the perfect balance of cool and warmth in the fall.
Since they got cut out, here are my bangles (F21) and shoes (Rack Room). I love how the bangles alternate between thin/mirror and thicker faceted ones. I'm also digging my boat shoes. They're probably my number one fall shoe trend due to their comfort and their simplicity. They're a great alternative to Converse All-Stars, another classic.
After marveling at their green lawn, I went to play on my step-dad's tractor...
I may be an adult, but I love swinging around the thing and jumping in the bucket!
Just for funsies, my boyfriend and I took some kissy pics and I made faces for the camera!

An Introduction of Sorts
My name is Allie, this is my style/fashion/lifestyle/whateverthefuckyouwanttocall it blog :)
Though you will certainly get a gist of my style if you read the upcoming posts, I will tell that I love sparkly and edgy things above all. My favorite things involve sequins, glitter, (p)leather, studs, and spikes. I have a softer side and appreciation for knits and lace as well. Hopefully you will enjoy what follows!
And yes, the name of this blog was inspired by the song "October & April" by The Rasmus, as these are my two favorite months of the year.
